Welcome to casabiz.net (the “Website”), operated by Casabiz Trading LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“Casabiz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our Website, placing an order, or purchasing any products (including the Casabiz Refillable Moisture Absorber and refill crystals), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase from us.

1. General Terms of Use

  1. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, cancel orders, or edit content at our sole discretion.

2. Products and Pricing

  1. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are as accurate to the best of our knowledge but may contain minor errors.
  2. Prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
  3. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price charged will be the one displayed at the time you place your order.
  4. Promotional discounts and coupon codes are valid only for the specified period and may have additional restrictions.

3. Ordering and Payment

  1. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email, but the contract is only formed when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation.
  2. Payment must be made in full at checkout via the available payment methods (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, etc.).
  3. We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayTabs, or Amazon Pay). We do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  1. We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain).
  2. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Typical delivery is 1–3 business days in major cities.
  3. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).
  4. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided.
  5. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect information.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  1. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging.
  2. To be eligible for return, the product must be in resaleable condition with all original parts and packaging.
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  4. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly by us.
  5. Refunds do not include original shipping fees.
  6. Defective or damaged products: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we will arrange free collection and replacement or full refund.

6. Warranty

  1. Casabiz Refillable Moisture Absorbers come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
  2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
  3. Refill crystals are consumables and are not covered under warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (text, images, logos, designs, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to Casabiz and protected by UAE and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casabiz and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or products.
  2. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
  3. We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

9. User Content and Conduct

You agree not to use the Website to:

  • Post unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
  • Attempt to interfere with the Website’s functionality or security.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
